Personal information that we may collect about you includes your name, address, birth date, Social Security number, financial/credit history, health, employment, hobbies and other necessary items. We maintain physical and electronic safeguards to protect that collected information.
Examples of Sources We Use to Collect Personal Information: Most of the information we collect about you comes from you on the completed applications, and/or documents provided by you to properly process your business transactions. We may also obtain necessary information from affiliated third party services which may include the Medical Information Bureau, Consumer Reporting Agencies, paramedical examiners, agents, employers, other insurers, healthcare providers, and government entities.

Business Continuation Plan (BCP)
@Sinclair Financial Solutions and A Accu Tax have planned to ensure that we are able to meet our clients’ needs reasonably, promptly, and effectively in times of emergency. Our plan is to ensure that critical business practices can continue immediately following a disaster. Our BCP defines vital records, critical functions, and resource requirements to restore business operations with minimal impact. We continuously maintain an alternative location and backup data. We vigilantly review, upgrade, and test our BCP, location, and backup data. Then update as needed.
